How Does Dallas apartment rebates Work?

Most apartment complexes will pay a referral fee to Dallas Apartment Rebates for helping you find them. They pay the referral fee to us and we turn around and pay 50% of that referral fee back to you (up to $500).

How much is the referral fee?

We pay you 1/2 of what we are paid. In most cases apartment complexes pay us 1/2 of your first month's rent as a referral fee. However, some do pay us up to 100%. In this scenario you will receive 1/2 of your first month's rent back (up to $500).

For example: You lease an apartment for $1100 that pays a 100% referral fee...You get a check for $500 dollars!

Do I have to take the coupon with me?

No, you do not have to take the coupon with you.

How do I know you'll treat me right?

What if I put the wrong referrer on my forms?

You will NOT receive a rebate.

Can I get a rebate if I've already used another locator?

No. There are no hidden fees. You don't even have to sign up to use our search engine. This is a completely free service!

What if I already know which apartment I want to rent?
